It uses leftover materials and artifacts as well as the digital documentation of 3D scanned installations. Thus, the gallery itself, its inventory and history become a source for Spatial Sampling.Additionally, the physical scenography houses three different media spaces that can be traversed in three dramaturgical acts and a series of interfaces. It is part of an ongoing participatory project that reflects on our everyday domestic life between private and public spheres, and thus on our relationship with living spaces in general. These imperfect objects (pointcloud images with gaps and unfinished endings) are the core content of the work’s archive, along with personal statements about the time of quarantine and the changing meaning of private spaces in the form of audio pieces and text. #See You at Home is a physical installation that includes 3D-printed objects, plotter prints on the wall, and interactive objects with QR codes leading to 360 degree virtual spaces that visitors can view through the ‘magic window’ feature of their phone. Additionally, the work expands on, and includes within, a previous work: the VR installation The Smallest of Worlds. Conceived in the middle of the global lockdown, Rituals of Solitude is an expanding exhibition about the inversion of the traditional relationship between private and public space; about the paradoxical rituals by means of which homes are inhabited; about the ways in which visual technologies are domesticated and used as tools for self-representation and bonding; about the accumulation, fetishization and exhibition of objects in domestic interiors; and about the conditions of solitude that are generated by forced acts of isolation. Unfolding Pavilion: Rituals of Solitude is organised in three acts: Act I, presented in December 2020, is an online exhibition that documents the site-specific works produced during the residency in the House. Act II is the offline and itinerant instance of the exhibition, first shown in Venice in May 2021 inside Contessa's former boat, moored at Punta della Dogana during the opening of the Architecture Biennale. Rather, it has become a transitory space that negotiates the ambiguous relationship between the home as a place of refuge and comfort, serving as an intimate archive for the preservation of identity
